Требования

• Female candidate
• Higher education
• Strong ability to read and write fluently in Azerbaijani
• Computer skills: proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and experienced in working with state portals such as e-gov.az and e-sosial.az
• Basic knowledge of the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and occupational safety regulations

Requirements

• Hiring employees via the electronic portal
• Drafting employment contracts and orders
• Preparing monthly timesheets, calculating employees’ salaries and other mandatory payments based on the timesheets, ensuring timely payment of salaries and execution of all related payments
• Preparing unified quarterly and employment reports
• Opening salary (payroll) cards for employees
• Calculating employees’ leaves and business trip expenses
• Working days: Monday to Friday, days off: Saturday and Sunday
• Working hours: from 09:00 to 18:00
